My fan motor on my convection gas oven broke the week before Christmas. I read the positive feedback and decided to call Chico’s. That was Monday, on Thursday Fred was at my home investigating the problem. My stove is a fairly new model so parts aren’t commonly held in parts inventory. Fred called LG rep and they indicated it could be weeks to get a new fan motor. The very next evening, Friday, Fred called to say he had mandatory find a fan motor and was here Monday morning, Christmas Eve, replacing the faulty fan with the new one. I have an oven to bake my Christmas feast. What great service, Fred went above and beyond. I highly recommend Chico’s and won’t hesitate to call them again. Thanks again!!!
